Many of Aerosphere's model aircraft kits were originally manufactured by Airtronics between 1971 and 1997. They were sold to Whyte Wings in 1997, then to Dream Catcher Hobby in 1999, and finally to Aerosphere in 2005.

Will you be manufacturing all of the aircraft kits formerly produced by Airtronics?

We expect to manufacture almost all of the aircraft kits originally produced by Airtronics, as well as the majority of the other aircraft we acquired. Please add yourself to our e-mail update list to stay better informed of product releases.

What products are available now?
All products currently available for purchase can be seen by selecting the “Shop” button on the left navigation. Please add yourself to our e-mail update list to stay better informed of product releases.

Will you be offering full kits or short kits?
We plan on initially offering all products as complete kits, just as they were produced originally. We will probably offer wing and fuselage kits at some point too, but not at the beginning.

Can I purchase individual parts or plans?
We hope to provide this level of service down the road. We're now staying focused on complete products.

Will you be offering almost ready to fly (ARF) planes?
ARF is not our focus at this time.

When will you be in full production?
We expect to have the vast majority of our 50 aircraft kits released by the end of 2007.

What's taking you so long to get up and running?
We purchased the rights and tooling to more than 50 aircraft but we did not acquire a working company, so in many ways we're starting from scratch. From the basics of starting a new company like naming, incorporating, facilities, computer systems, staff, website, etc., to the logistics of refurbishing and updating fifty aircraft kits including converting to modern manufacturing techniques, evaluating suppliers, creating new bills of materials, documenting manufacturing methods, doing test runs, etc., we've found ourselves very busy – and very happy. Thank you for your patience and support as we make these fantastic planes available again.

How quickly will my purchase ship?
We try to ship all purchases within 24 hours. If something you've purchased is unavailable for shipment within seven days, we will automatically cancel your order and provide a full refund.

What shipping method do you use?
We use a variety of common carriers including U.P.S, FedEx, and U.S.P.S.

What is your return policy?
All new and unused products purchased from Aerosphere can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of shipment. What currency do you use?
All sales are in United States dollars.
